Product Returns Policy

At monk.gr we always want you to be happy with your purchases and we follow a flexible returns policy, always in accordance with existing legislation and the terms of the companies/manufacturers of the products we sell. Whether you have received a defective product, whether there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request a replacement or a refund of the money you have spent, as long as the following conditions are met:

Return Conditions

  1. Product returns can be accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt.

    2. The product must have been purchased exclusively from monk.gr.

  2. Under no circumstances can a product be accepted which is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:
  3. a. Not have been washed
  4. Not have been used in any way
  5. Have all its labels; and
  6. the packaging has not been damaged.
  7. The defective product is replaced only with the same product.
  8. For reasons of hygiene, returns are not accepted in:

Return procedure

Α. In case of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order (for example, if you received a different product from the one you ordered) to complete the return of the item and if the conditions mentioned above are met:

  1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
  2. In case of a defective product, it is necessary to send us a photo of the item to sales@monk.gr so that we have a better picture in our communication with you and to confirm with the manufacturer the acceptance of the return.
  3. Download the Return Form here, fill it out and send it to us by mail to sales@monk.gr
  4. You pack the product so that it is protected during shipping.
  5. In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the parcel based on the way you received it, i.e.: a) by ACS courier and recipient’s charge or b) in consultation with the shipping company that made the delivery to you. The delivery address is: MONK – Boniali 26, Chania ZIP code 73136.

    Β. In case you want to return a product because you have changed your mind, and provided that the conditions mentioned above are met, you can choose any shipping company you wish, since the shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer and not by Monk.

In this case too, the following steps apply:

  2. Download the Return Form here, fill it out and send it to us by mail at sales@monk.gr
